Project Management

Serve as a project director to support, manage and oversee all aspects of the project from inception to completion, including vendor agreements, logistics and administrative responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement, Cultivation & Partnerships

Identify, convene and manage collaborative partnerships, provide continuous monitoring of activities and emerging issues to determine gaps and needs, and propose relevant topic/project-specific leadership and speaking opportunities

Operational Document Review and Analysis

Provide analysis, editing and/or writing of management documents, manuals, operation guides, style guides, and communication & marketing materials (emails, letters, brochures, newsletters, website content, etc.)

Strategic Planning

Facilitate workshops, webinars and roundtable forums to support client efforts to identify, develop and address relevant emerging issues and plans of action

Event Development & Execution

Conduct site selection and contract negotiations, identify and coordinate topic expert speakers, develop meeting materials, including program agendas, speaker biographies, promotional materials, name badges, signage and session handouts
