Operational Document Review and Analysis

Provide analysis, editing, writing and research of business management documents, operations & style guides, and manuscripts

Project Management

Serve as a project director to support, manage and oversee all aspects of the project from inception to completion, including vendor agreements, logistics and administrative responsibilities; Harmonize projects and operations to ensure client priorities, budgets and timelines are met

Communications & Marketing, Social Media and Website Content

Create, edit and distribute brochures, newsletters, blogs, announcements, letters and invitations; and, provide content & management of websites and social media accounts

 

Event Development & Execution

Conduct site selection and contract negotiations, identify and coordinate topic expert speakers, develop meeting materials, including program agendas, speaker biographies, promotional materials, name badges, signage and session handouts
